Who we are and how to contact us
www.agentstogether.co.uk is a site operated by Agents Together Ltd ("We"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12648988 and have our registered office at Alpha Works, Alpha Tower, Suffolk Street Queensway, Birmingham, B1 1TT.
We are a limited company in the process of applying for charitable status.
To contact us please email: email@example.com or call: 0333 242 3258
There is no requirement to register to undertake a general search of our site. However, in order for you to gain full access to parts of our site, including the ability to register with a mentor as a mentee or to act as a mentor, registration is a requirement.
In order to register with us you must be at least 18 years of age and able to confirm that all details provided are true, accurate, complete and current. At our discretion we may refuse your application to register. Unauthorised use will result in your registration being closed.
You must promptly update us with any changes to your details.
Each registration is for personal use only and not commercial use. You will immediately notify us of any unauthorised use or any other breach of security of our site that you become aware of.
On occasion we may need to send you service emails relating to your account and reserve the right to do so.
We have the right to disable any registration at any time if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these T&Cs.
Mentor and Mentee Programmes
Upon receipt of registration from a mentee Agents Together will, in its absolute discretion, decide on the appropriate appointment of a registered mentor and introduce that mentor to the mentee.
It is the responsibility of the mentor and mentee to agree the timings of any sessions and give reasonable notice should there be a need to amend that time.
All sessions are to be held in the strictest confidence.
Agents Together expect ‘Speedy Mentoring’ to last for no less that 30 minutes.
Agents Together request that where a ‘Mentorship Programme’ has been adopted the mentor will be available for a minimum period of at least 90 minutes per month for a minimum of 6 months.
Mentorship sessions (calls and video) can be recorded by the mentor and mentee for personal use, but only with written prior consent from both parties.
Personal contact information is for the sole use of the mentor and mentee and those details are not to be passed on to a third party unless prior written consent is given by the person to whom the disclosure relates.
Under no circumstances will the mentor or mentee attempt to sell services or products to the other party for the duration of the mentorship programme.
Mentorships are for the sharing of ideas, support and guidance. It is the mentees responsibility to evaluate the quality, suitability, accuracy, completeness and reliability of any mentorship programme and any information or content contained therein.
None of the information available in any mentorship programme is intended to be a substitute for independent professional or financial advice and users are recommended to seek advice from suitably qualified professionals if relevant to their particular circumstances.
Agents Together and mentors cannot be held liable for any decisions made by a mentee following a mentoring session organised by Agents Together.
Mentees may be contacted by Agents Together for feedback on mentorship.
Mentees may be asked if Agents Together can share feedback in the marketing of mentorships in the future. This is not a condition of mentorship and feedback will only be shared with the mentees express permission as we respect your privacy and confidentiality.
Use or distribution of any materials is strictly for the use of mentor and mentee and is not to be shared with any other party.
If the mentor or mentee decides, with the written consent of the other party, to introduce either party to a third party, if there is any commercial connection with or financial gain from that third party, this should be made clear in writing from the outset.
